Usage

Rightsizing

  • Productiv provides real-time application engagement insights to help modern IT and Finance leaders understand their SaaS portfolios.

  • Based on these insights, Productiv provides rightsizing recommendations and provisioning workflows to help enterprises confidently adjust provisioning to reflect their needs.

Setup License Provisioning

  1. Configure a provisioning policy on the Provisioning page

  1. Manually deprovision Zoom members by importing a csv file on the Provisioning page in the following format. All user emails in the csv must be those of active Zoom members(Licensed or Basic).

Currently we do not support deprovisioning Zoom admins. To deprovision an admin convert him to a member instead.

Installing Productiv - License Provisioning

  1. Log into Productiv

  2. At the bottom of the left navigation bar, click on Settings

  3. The Settings area will slide up to reveal Apps and Organization options. Click on Apps.

  4. You should see a list of applications you have connected. Ensure you have at least one Zoom instance connected.

  5. In the same row, click Connect in the Automatic Provisioning column. You will be redirected to a page with Connect Automatic License Provisioning heading.

  6. Click on the Setup Guide button which redirects to the documentation. This page has the detailed instructions on how to authorize this app.

  7. Once you have read the instructions, fill in the required details on the Connect Automatic License Provisioning page.

  8. Click on login to app using your Zoom admin/owner credentials and follow the Zoom Oauth flow.

  9. Once that is successful, you will be able manage user licenses for this Zoom instance.

Uninstalling Productiv - License Provisioning from your Zoom Account

  1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom Marketplace.

  2. Search for Productiv - License Provisioning and click the app or navigate to your installed apps via Manage > Installed Apps.

  3. Click Uninstall next to Productiv - License Provisioning.

  4. Confirm the dialogue and click Uninstall.
