Usage

Installing Productiv

  1. Log into Productiv

  2. At the bottom of the left navigation bar, click on Settings

  3. The Settings area will slide up to reveal Apps and Organization options. Click on Apps.

  4. At the top of the App Settings page, click on the "Connect an app" button. It should take you to the Connect an App page.

  5. Find the Zoom app in the Collaboration section. Click on Zoom to continue. This should take you to the Connect Zoom page.

  6. Start by clicking the "Setup Guide - Zoom" box. Read through the documentation which provides detailed instructions to help you onboard Zoom into Productiv.

  7. Name: Name your Zoom app connection uniquely ( like Zoom_instance2 or something different from the already existing connections ).

  8. Finish By Logging In : Click on I have followed the setup guide checkbox and optionally add notes for future reference.

  9. Click the Log in to app button. After that, follow the steps in the onboarding document.

  10. Once that is successful, you will redirected to Productiv. You should be able to see your account’s Zoom stats in 3-4 hours on our product.

Uninstalling Productiv from your Zoom Account

  1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom Marketplace.

  2. Search for Productiv and click the app or navigate to your installed apps via Manage > Installed Apps.

  3. Click Uninstall next to Productiv.

  4. Confirm the dialogue and click Uninstall.
